If you encounter a node error and wish to post details about it to the forum, or report it to MDA Support via e-mail, beginning with BRE 4.1.4 you have the option to utilize the "Report a Problem with a Node" feature under the Help menu.

To utilize the "Report a Problem with a Node" feature, do the following:

1. Highlight the failed node (node with the red X on it that displays an error message when you hover the mouse over it).
2. Go to Help > "Report a Problem with a Node".
3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
4. When the "Report a Problem with a Node - Complete" window appears, click "OK". This automatically opens the destination folder containing the output from the procedure.
5. Highlight all the files in the folder (ctrl. + a), right-click on one of them, select "Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder" (the ZIP file will take the name of whatever file you right-clicked on to launch the ZIP process, we recommend pointing to "ReportGraph.brg").
6. Once the ZIP file has been created, you can encrypt it by opening the ZIP file and choosing File > "Add a Password". If sending via e-mail to MDA Support, you could provide the password in a separate e-mail or provide a phone number where you can be reached to get the password. In the case of a forum post, only the latter scenario is recommended.
